The World’s a Stage
Born in Aberdeen, South Dakota to a theatre teacher father and a music teacher mother, so I guess you could say theatre was always in my blood. Growing up I always dreamed of being on the stage as a career. If you were to ask my Mother about me, she would tell you my dream role was the Scarecrow in 'The Wizard of Oz' as I would dance to the television screen at age 2 with Ray Bolger, "
I graduated with honors from the University of South Dakota with one of the first BFAs in Musical Theatre. From there I decided to head to NYC and give it a try.
I have had many wonderful opportunities since moving to the city, including touring the United States and 15 different countries with "Beauty and the Beast," both in the ensemble and playing the timely role of Cogsworth.
In addition to theatre, I consider myself a film buff. I love sitting down to a great movie with friends after a long day. I am also a huge Star Wars fan... Han shot first.
Theatre is such a wonderful tool and I am humbled and honored to be in such a wonderful profession!
